How do pre-orders work?
Pre-order items are made to order. Each pre-order product page shows its estimated ship date before you check out.
When will I be charged?
At checkout. For pre-orders, your payment reserves your piece and funds production.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. Email us at hello@roivas.shop any time before your order ships, and we'll refund you in full.
How does sizing work?
Every piece is designed with its own fit. Check the fit notes and size chart on each product page before ordering.
How do I care for my pieces?
Care instructions are listed on each product page. In general, wash cold, inside out, and hang dry or tumble dry low to keep your pieces looking their best.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
