Pre-Orders
Pre-order items ship by the date shown on the product page. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If we can't meet that date, we'll let you know and offer a full refund.
In-Stock Orders
In-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days from Austin, TX. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.
Orders with Pre-Order and In-Stock Items
If your order includes both, it will ship together once your pre-order items are ready, unless we contact you otherwise.
Shipping Cost
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. To start a return or exchange, email hello@roivas.shop with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
Email hello@roivas.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
